1. Service Usage Terms
This statement applies to DilDial Call, (“DilDial Call”, “our organization”, “we”, or “us”), which is governed by our Usage Agreement. Continue reading to understand our data governance practices. By accessing our digital platform (“Platform”), or utilizing our mobile software application (“Software”) or any associated services (collectively named in this document as the “Functionality”), you consent to this statement’s conditions. If these terms are not acceptable, please refrain from using the Functionality.
Our Platform and Software may gather information from you as outlined below. During registration and account utilization, we collect data to deliver the Functionality. The specific data types depend on your Platform and Software interactions.
2. Data Categories Acquired
As you navigate our Platform or Software, install the Software, or create an account, we may collect personally identifiable details to deliver the Functionality. Additional specifics follow.
2.1. Registration & Account Information
Information gathered during Software installation and account creation includes:
Mandatory Data:
Essential details include gender, chosen name or alias, birth date, and contact methods (mobile or email). This ensures accurate profile creation and connection features within the Functionality.
Optional Data:
Users may optionally share additional identifiable details such as photographs, self-descriptions, or interests. Profile sections allow interest indications. Facebook, Apple, or Google account integrations may provide extra information like names, email addresses, or profile images. This data supports seamless account synchronization across devices.
We leverage contact details for marketing (where permitted) and to assist others in locating your account, subject to your settings. Notification preferences can be adjusted to manage communications, including unsubscribing via provided instructions.
Text messaging services within the Software store communications and related metadata for safety, abuse detection, and platform integrity. Connection data (without content) helps understand usage patterns.
2.2. Geolocation Data
Location details—derived from GPS, Wi-Fi, or IP addresses—are used to establish secure accounts, deliver Functionality, and uphold platform security. Precise location data ensures accurate and expected connections.
Additional location-based data, including past usage sites, personalize services and enhance connection relevance.
2.3. Activity Logs
Log Data encompasses information collected during interactions with our services, such as:
• IP address, browser/OS details, device identifiers, and app configurations
• Referral sources, visited pages, mobile carrier specifics, and interaction timestamps
• Metadata related to connections, including durations and participant identities
We utilize Log Data to ensure service reliability, enhance functionality, and enable connection features. Metadata (e.g., connection dates) further refines user experiences. Log Data is retained for up to 30 days.
2.4. External Sources & Affiliates
Data may be received from third-party partners, affiliates, or integrated services to evaluate content quality and platform safety. Payment transactions also generate data, which we process securely.
You may revoke permissions for supported integrations via application settings; others require direct service adjustments.
2.5. Identity Inference
Account-associated browsers/devices are linked for authentication and personalization. Email addresses and other identifiers may infer additional identity details (e.g., age verification via Facebook profiles) to maintain platform standards.
2.6. In-App Usage Details
Device specifics (model, identifiers, IP) and activity metrics (matches, messaging, media sharing) are collected to improve Services. Camera/microphone access enables video/audio functionality and compliance checks (e.g., age restrictions).
Shared content (profiles, communications, media) is stored on our servers. Users acknowledge that shared data may become publicly accessible and beyond our control.
Payment information is transmitted securely to third-party vendors for processing. Transaction histories, including merchant details, are retained for behavioral analysis.
Error reports (non-identifiable by default) aid in app stability improvements but do not serve other purposes.
2.7. Platform Interaction Data
Online tracking tools (cookies, pixels) collect:
• Browsing patterns, session durations, and device characteristics
• Geolocation and IP-derived regional data
Users may disable these tools, though some Services may be affected. Data underpins account security, analytics, and service development.
2.8. Age Verification
The Functionality is restricted to users aged 18+. Age data is verified to exclude minors, with third-party assistance ensuring compliance. Any inadvertent collection of underage data is promptly deleted.
3. Profile Management
Users may edit profiles (photos, bios, interests) via the Software at any time. Profiles are visible to connected users and may be discoverable based on proximity settings. Blocking prevents specific users from accessing your profile.
Profile auto-population (e.g., Facebook data) occurs upon integration. Users may update or delete profile details through in-app settings or our Safety Center (Section 13).
